The Vermillion is loaded with white bass if you get there at the right time. It's narrow and wadable like the Kish. I only fished there twice, but I swear that at any given time,there were at least 30-40 fish breaking the surface within casting distance. These were all white bass. I don't remember exactly when I was there, but I believe it was in early to mid summer. For the record, I didn't catch a lot of those bass. Must have been using the wrong lure. It's very frustrating to be surrounded by so many feeding fish and have such minimal luck.
