As many of you will read Tim Browns post on Walleye fun and my reply to it.
Yes it's about walleye,but mainly about the disgust of people using the river as a trash can.If you have ever seen a person throwing or leaving their worm containers and beer cans after they were finished fishing,and it bothers you. Do what im going to do and dont approach them! This will only cause you problems!Buy a cheap throwaway disposable camera and without being seen take the jerks picture while hes walking away.Follow them not to closely!Take another picture of their liscense plate as the drunk bum drives away,but immediatly report it to 911.Tell the officer that you have pictures of that person commiting the crimes.They will go to that persons house and arrest them!
As far as the tubers,last year i went down to Blackhawk F.P.Around 5:00pm on a Saturday. It is packed with people finishing up after a day of tubing,I had some drunk as hell idiot ask me for a smoke.I do smoke but to hell with him.
The runner car showed up and they loaded up their tubes and that same drunk idiot got behind the wheel and drove away! Take down their liscense plates! Park next to the canoe launch and listen to the conversation,watch them finish their last Budweiser and if they drive away Call 911! This summer i plan on carrying my cam corder and i will be watching!It's against the law and what if it were your wife and kid's the idiot takes out. The same night when i was watching these people a guy emptied out his cooler into a trash can at the edge of the parking lot,i thought hey thats cool they didnt throw their empties in the river like most.But call me suzy if the guy didnt get in his 4x4 and hit the garbage can so hard he sent all his garbage into the river! I got out of my car and started yelling at this idiot.Then of couse i received the traditional middle finger as he sped off. This year i will be watching! And recording!
Mabye if you have a half hour after fishing go to Blackhawk and catch a few idiots as well.(they fight harder anyways!)
