Even if you pre-register, you still have to check-in for your boat position. We have some teams coming late thinking that just because they are registered already that we will wait for them. This is not fair to those of you that show up an hour or two before take off. We've had teams that had to do a lot of paper work, i.e., membership into the Bandit's, fill out entry's, insurance papers, go over off limits areas, etc., and still managed to have there boat in the water and ready to go just because they were there early. I need to get you teams out at the set time on the registration form and adhere to the rules. This tournament is one of the longest fishing wise and some teams penalize others because they can't get there s%$t together, i.e., go into the bar for that I have to have coffee before I do anything, strings baits, put oil in, I don't care I'm in line for the ramp, make those other wait for me attitude.
Preregistration was to make thing go faster and smoother and get you teams out on time. We have not done this yet. Now I'm hearing form the teams that are ready and losing time on the water! Things are going to change or you can find yourself a new person to run these tournaments... Understand now! NO MORE
