Calumet River Bass Tournament 2001 Classic September 29th & 30th
Fifteen of best bass fishing teams in the Chicago land area will compete for the last time this season in the Calumet River Bass Tournament Classic. There will be over five thousand dollars worth of cash and prizes on the line when they hit the waters of Lake Michigan, Calumet River, Chicago River, Cal Sag Channel, and Little Lake Calumet on September 29th and 30th. The winners of the two/day total weight will win $1,500 in cash and a $1,000 Ranger Boat purchase certificate for a total of 2500 Dollars. A total of 48 different teams competed this last season to qualify for this event. The top 13 teams by season points and to wildcard teams by draw of teams fishing five of the seven tournaments this year. This years CRBT Classic will pay fifty percent of the field of competitors.

Daily take off will be from Marty’s Waterfront Pub 14042 Croissant Drive Burnham, Illinois. (Three blocks West of Torrence Avenue) Daily weigh-in on Saturday and Sunday will be at 3 PM each day.
