Default D.P.R Northern Pike PIC

This pic has been on my phone since July, I remember catching this with my buddy jimmy (over the summer) who now lives in FL. And I never posted it until now (didn't have i-net on phone but i do now) Here it is Northern Pike caught in Des Plaines River on spinner and it was released.

Nice Pike! Did you get a measurement or weight. Only tried the Desplaines once this year, and got the skunk, but it was in Park Ridge. It sounds like most of the people who have sucess in the DesPlaines are further north...

Sorry Tim it must have been around 7a when I was dropping little Dave off at school. I'm still a little dopey at that time.

mrdonaghy,
thank you, no I didn't get the weight or measurement and i don't want to make up some number. It was july when I caught it and my memory is burnt out from school & work. I do remember catching it on a spinner at Des Plaines River arount Libertyville (Independance Grove). From Libertyville to Gurnee I catch a'lot of Northern Pike, LM Bass, Catfish, Carp, Bowfin, Channel catfish, Bluegills, and Crappie. I never caught Perch, Waleye, Sauger, SM Bass as I heard them being in the river as well but you never know It's fishing anything goes.

Bassinator,
I passed u twice this week and waved LOL
