Decided to go out from about 8-12:30 today and just enjoy some fishing. Water temp was 71 at the ramp and 69.5 towards the back of the lake. The cooler water proved to be more productive. Numbers were not great, but still was a blast. Ended up with 4 at 13-13 1/2", 1 at 15" and 1 at 16". Pulled all of them on Senko's 4-6 fow. Tried a lil top water but I think it was to late in the morning for it.
After I released the 16" I remembered I had made a camera mount for my boat, so I did get a better pic of the 15"
As the clouds cleared and the sun came out the bite slowed down, of course it was noon and the lake does usually take a afternoon break from biting. Continued to look around in some other areas and saw several more that were 15" plus fish. Will have to go back later for them though
