Good fishing and even better company. Can't beat that

Man HtD, did you notice how nice and thick most of those fish were! Couple of them surprised me again when went to pick them out of bucket. I bet biggest was over a pound.

Weather man says rain, but I don't see it on radar yet. Thinking I am going to have to head back up this morning before putting boat away.

Blu,
if your out and about txt me, will show ya the scene of the crime or find a new one. Hoping to find some eyes lurking about.

Well did you get any?

was gonna post your pic now but, you really need to turn your pixel selection on your camera down... . saved it to my puter but wouldn't download to clf gallery. too large of file. beautiful fish man. tail was kicked back but ......it was fat. had two in my bucket that was 1 1/4. several at 1 1/8. gorged bellies. did you pay attention to their innards while cleaning? wait till the cold comes and goes.....below freezing to back in the 40's. fish are gonna go nuts at the right spots. who picked that spot anyway?

gotta go cook dinner, resize and retry on posting it after that. later, HtD

Well gave it a try, but couldn't get on anything steady. Started out at same spot but wind kept blowing me around and couldn't get anchor to dig in. Hopped around to a few different spots all in the south end of the lake, but nothin but a few smaller gills and crappie. Only had one decent sized one, so after a ride in the livewell for a while, he was released when it was time to go.

Sorry bout the pics, didn't even think about the file size, just popped the card in the computer this morning and fired off an email before heading out.

Bobber recovery? The guys just left I talked to them. Just like your rattlebobs with clips instead. Make great shrimp bait bluecat floats. Lil big for crappies I thought.
Brand spanky new not chewed by critters. No wading either...

Sorry all, especially Reelman........can't get image to resize for posting. Was able to downsize some but still get 'image file is too large' message. Change your cam settings and resend it to me and I will post it for you.....

Blu,

You were supposed to be catching crappie not bobbers.........can't let you go anywhere by yourself unless it is to Choup's place. Geesh....

Can't do the lunker's trip Saturday, was informed my kindergartener's 1st Christmas play is at 930 Sat.......what kind of a Dad would i be if I missed his very first play? Can go Sunday.....the 9th I will be in BP, Gurnee Mills and the 13th I leave for Alex, Mn for five days.....my time is getting scarce now that ice is creeping towards us. Let me know.....
