Hey guys,

I am planning to head out there for a while Thursday after work. I get done at ISU at 4pm, so be there around 4:30 or so. If your out and about let me know, always better than fishing alone. Blu was considering it I think, but don't know for sure.

Yep the shallow water bite sucks. I fished a puddle Sunday where 11.5 inch and bigger were 'put backs'.

All the ones I caught in up to seven feet of water looked like this and went back.

I'll be out again if meds take affect soon.

A "puddle" is not E ... Let's compare apples to apples Blu ... I don't consider private ponds or "puddles" as you call 'em a challenge and don't ever fish them. Maybe the entire "puddle" is only 7 feet or less - Who knows...

Who wants to brag about catching fish out of an acre or so of private water? ~ Maybe the same guy that shoots fish in a barrel.

Buzzed down and fished the saugeye-yellow bass area for me other years. Lot of marks no bites and no chasers...
Was odd fishing an area 5 inches in diameter after the 6,8,10 inch holes from Sunday. Guess I was fishing in too small of hole.

Out tomorrow 6ish. Way interesting noises out there.
