Default Car Shuttles for Float trips

Hi, Does anyone know of any shuttle services for the Kankakee or Vermilion? I have a small pontoon drift boat and would love to float either river, but am unsure how to get back to my car. Any tips or help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Do you know where you put in and get out on either river? On the Vermilion, are you allowed to put in and park near the rafting place or do you have to park out on the main road. What about on the Kankakee?

I can help you with the vermilion. I live across the river from the rafting place. When and what part are you wanting to fish?

I was thinking of putting in at the rafting place and fishing from there down. to be honest, I am just stabbing in the dark at this one. I have gone down to the river a few times, but really only fished where I had access from Matthiesson state park and waded a little bit. now I have one of those small pontoon drift boats and thought I would try it out. So, My thoughts were I would put in near the rafting place, and then look on a map for where I could get out. Any information on put-ins and take-outs would be much appreciated, as well as any fishing tips. I am getting tired of not catching anything.

We should talk. There are many options. When are you coming down to fish?
