Default Marvelure.... anybody know about this one???

Found this in an old fishing box. Don't know where it came from. It appears to be quite old by design. Anybody ever seen this one or better yet used it???

Patent Number in range from the issues in 1939. Probably expired - quick reclaim the patent and tell everyone it is the "new hot bass lure" of the Millennium

Sorry, no info on the lure itself.

I am voting for the Chicagolandfishing dot com shovel formerly the fox river dredge. more fish, less baiting, laugh at snags, cast or troll?

I think I will be a cast this time that fake hair itches and my nekkid wading scares women and children.

OK scented packaging to tip the lure with thus the packages get extremely rare and the million or so in the stornloc get valuable, we retire and fish with minnows.

Must be somewhat of a collectors piece. I remember going to Canada years ago and they were using a lure similar to this (silver spoon) with pork on the back in the weeds for northerns. I think I'm gonna have to give it a try someday.

Or maybe I shouldn't take the chance of loosing it.

The lure OZ relates to states "Nickel Plated"...

jd, your lure is stamped "STAINLESS"...

It may be more valuable as being one of the last examples of this obviously superior lure... No wonder I can't catch anything!!!
