Default double clevis won't turn w/#8 blades

Hey guys I've "re-built" most of my big double bladed in-line spinners for pike-n-musky,but the #8's won't turn. The #10's&#12's spin fine. Used .062 shafts( 38" musky still bent it up,crunched on the front hook,I think he wanted it dead) The #8 blades won't start turning in the water no matter the speed . Any help? is shaft the prob. or double clevis (from lursparts on line-formerly stamina). Do I just have to go back to the single clevis' per blade?

The problem is the double clevis. I have bucktails with both types and single ones work much better. I don't think the wire has anything to do with it.
