Default Way To Go CANADIAN'S

"Eyes right" Belgium "D-Day" menorial parade,

The "Eyes right" command is the highest complement troops on parade
can pay, and is reserved for dignitaries at reviewing stands.

How's this for class? Way to go Canadians.

Watch what they do for this young person
Every now and then something just makes you honored to be alive and
know why we have freedom, and at what cost.

Thanks for posting that.

Many allied soldiers gave the ultimate sacrifice for world freedom in Belgium, the Ardennes, Luxembourg, and Germany in the "Battle of the Bulge".

It was the bloodiest engagement of World War II for Americans. 80K casualties, 19K dead.

It's great to see they have not been forgotten, and that a new generation (in this one case anyhow) appreciates what they've done for them.
