Even with the latest polls, its clear those IGNORANT independant voters are drifting away. Down to a LOWLY 38%.

Drop the 'A' and add a 'D'. Ted Party.

Like to see a $100 cross the board dead or alive for all illegals.
Border crossers, Car jackers, Meth Freaks etc.

We need to stop promoting immigration and start accenting the illegal.

Next rally bus them to Panama. These people need to see their southern border as a better deal than Arizona.

And now that BP looks like it'll skate.

If you prosecute every employer that hires an illegal with a felony, I'd bet you'd see a LOT less people crossing the border.

Actually, you'll find that this "Regime" has been more agressive on the illegal alien issue than previous ones.

I know it doesn't fit in with what all the talking heads are saying...

Do a google search, this info's out there, not too hard to find.

I think a lot more could and should be done, especially at the corporate (those who are profiting from the hiring of illegals) level.

All illegal aliens are criminal, not just the ones who commit other crimes.

I expect that's why the word "illegal" is part of the designation

Add to the net gain in deported illegals, the fact that 1000 national guardsmen are being deployed to the AZ / MX border, and ICE has come out of the gate newly re-committed to fighting the problem on a national level (in part because the now-gutted AZ law forced their hand a bit) and we're looking at the most agressive approach to combating the illegal alien problem that we've seen from any administration in over thirty years.

But at the end of the day, IMO, I still expect that the current administration will not wander far from previous administrations calls for amnesty, be it due to logistical nightmare of trying to capture and deport the sheer # of undocumented workers currently here, or as a favor to their corporate buddies who utilise the cheap labor.

You're right. The Obama admin. has done more on the border than Bush did. But, that doesn't get media attention.

We don't have an illegal immigrant problem. We have an illegal employer problem. Both parties, but more so the republicans, turn a blind eye business hiring illegals. It's all for cheap labor.

If you charge every employer with a felony that hires an illegal (and that means the Polish, Irish, Arab, German etc. etc. many Europeans come here on education or travel visas and just never leave) you wouldn't have as big of a problem. No job, these people would leave.

Why in God's name would you deport a criminal to mexico when he'll come right back here to do more crimes. It doesn't say if there was more criminal aliens were arrested during Bush. No fines, throw employers in jail.
