Default Wauconda Boat Tourney

Heard from a CBA member that the Wauconda Boat Tourney is set for February 8th. Anyone fish it the last few years? I did find an old CLF post (2002) about Pike taking the first three slots and a walleye for the 4th. Cannot seem to find anything about the upcoming contest on the WWW, not that I could fish it anyway

Default Feb 8th contest at waucond boat..

The ICE ifshing contest is FEB 8th at Wauconda Boat...

This year they are giving away a few of those attach it to your line and cast fish finders I forget the name of the unit itself. The entry fee is like 10-11 bucks and prizes are awarded (fish finders for 1 and 2 I think) for all kinds of stuff...

Not sure on all the other particulars but you can call Wauconda Boat at 847-526-2203 for more info...

I have fished this contest for the last three years and it seems that big pike always win - and the contest is catch and release I think...

You need to show them a live fish and I am almost certian it needs to be turned back into the lake...
