Hi, I've been reading CLF for sometimes now but have not posted anything. There are a lot of great information on this site. This is my first time out this year and also my first post.
Picked up some frozen shiners at the Salmon Stop and headed out to the South Rocks at 11:15. There were at least a dozen people out there using shiners, roaches and spawn. There were about under a dozen trouts caught during the time that I was there although I didn't get a single hit (don't you hate that?). Most of the hits came around 12 and another run around 1. Most of the fishes were browns between 3-5 pounds, I think there was one rainbow caught. Wind was on the average around 5 mph coming out of SW at first and then started to shift to N.
I think the season is getting better just that my luck stayed the same
