Default Good Friday Fishing

I fished the Fox River 3/25/05. I started out at Batavia at 7:00am. I worked some eddies by the dam. I just snagged a carp here, I didn't land it. I seen some waders coming up stream. I went the other direction. I worked some eddies down to the Clark Island area. I had 1 hit, but that hit was a good one, a nice walleye, and fat. I caught her on a 1/16th oz. jig and 3 inch chartreuse trailer. I didn't have a tape measure, but I put her next to my rod. She went from the bottom cork to the first guide. Later, when I came home, I measured that distance at 19 inches. That was the only fish here.
I work some eddies in North Aurora, nothing. Snagged a carp. Got back a scale. Not what I'm after. I worked Ferson creek, nothing. The water temp here was 42 F. The back bay was 44 F. I thought I might have a chance with a couple degees higher water temp, but nothing again. Worked some water at Elgin, nothing. I went back to my stopping grounds at C-ville. I got one hit on a drop shot rig. Missed that fish. Tried a lindy rig twister, nothing. Tried dabbling with a gitzit, nothing. I got sick of all the nothing that I went home.

I worked from 7:00am to 2:30pm, 7.5 hours of fishing with only 1 fish coming at 9:26am. Was in worth it. Yes, I would say so.

Until next time, good luck and good fishing.

It's called punctuation. It makes things easier to read. Some posts r impossible 2 just read because of lack of punctuation and bastardization of the English language. u need a decoder ring instead.

Default Comma

Yes, I should have made better use of a comma.

River Conditions: Water was up and more dirty than usual, but it was still in good shape. The warming trend should set us up for a good night bite this week.

I like to see the use of punctuation, at least attempted, in the posts. We all have seen the extremely hard to read run on sentences.
So you decided to not go to LaSalle last friday. I went out on the river today with your buddy. Maybe he'll post.
