Default Water temp?

Anyone get out today. hows the temp? Is it on yet?

Was out yesterday. Temp was at 51 to 52. Up about 6 degrees from last weekend. Jim

Ice it is definantly on with the stripers they are hitting like crazy with a jig and a minnow (shiners) 1/8 jig and the color this weekend was pink and white and also had a guy come in tell me char and orange next weekend might be all screwed up with the rain we are getting il keep you updated on river conditions

It is on for sure. I got out today at 9am from allen park and ran up to the rapids in the pouring rain but it was worth it . Rapalas did it up . 20+ sauger. Largest 3lbs. A few dinks but a good day just the same. It was great to get out. River Rat get up there! Now is the time It should get better for the next few weeks. The males are still very solid and need a good squeeze to get them milting. Water temp was 54 and green tint but still clear before the downpour. I'm sure it will muddy up fast but don't let that stop you guys from getting out. Just go to the hotter colors like firetiger and hot steel or chartreuse/pearl and orange/gold.

I would love to get out there just one problem i work at the bait shop on the weekends and it tough for me but il make sure and let my dad know about it the bite might change also with the water we got ive been watching it and it hasnt come up as of yet but it looks a little muddy thanx for the info
