Default Sewers shut down?

Saw the water start backing up on the streets in my hood and now standing water everywhere. Guess too much rain too quickly shut the system down.

Came back from MI last night (crappie report soon) instead of this AM. Glad I did.

OZ: I came back from MI on the 26th as well.
Wish I hadn't.

Cuz then I wouldn't have gone to mass at Redeemer on sunday morning, and I wouldn't have come outside to find my car in water that was just around knee deep.

WTF????? got to dry land between 97th and 98th street, and it was the same for several blocks east/west.

While I didn't SEE water inside my car sunday morning, the car sure SMELLS today.....

I didn't need to be home for the water in my basement or for god punishing us for going to church. I could have been in a hotel somewhere between Traverse City and St. Joe's.....
