Default My new shimano spinning reel

Just wanted to show you guys my new spinning reel the 2011 Shimano Twinpower 4000 from Japan. It has all the features that the Stella FE has including the X-Ship. The only difference is that the Stella FE has 15 bearings and the twinpower has 10. Both reels are about the same weight also. The Stella FE is about $720 Ithink and the Twinpower is under $500.

I'm not sure if I read your post right. You paid just under $500 for that reel? ....

Thanks greg. I have a st croix on it, but hoping to find a gloomis thats not so high on price. Yeah i paid about $430 for it, If you compare it to the stella fe its way cheaper! I am a big fan of nice fishing equipment so I tend to waste good money.

I hear ya. I was a tool and die maker for many years so I can really appreciate a high-quality precision made reel. Think my wife would me if i spent that much on a reel though.
