Default To many cucumbers

Refrigerator pickles. 2 cups white vinegar, 2 cups sugar, 2 Tbsp salt, 2 Tbsp celery seed, 1 cup sliced onions, 6 cups sliced thin cucumbers. Boil ingredients, cool and pour over onions and cucumbers. Refrigerate. Can last up to 30 days. But only last around 2 days at my house.

I pickled over 400 lbs this year. I do a sweet/spicy and a smoking sweet and spicy flavored canned pickles. For spice, I use two teaspoons of pepper flake and three Jalapenos per quart jar. The longe they sit, the hotter they get. They compliment Bloody Marys very well. They taste great on a Chicago style dog as too.
