Default Fox Chain

Im heading out to the Chain tomorrow, most likely Pistakee. I was just checking to make sure ice was a safe thickness and if anyone has been out there recently, whats been working. Thanks all and i will report results tomorrow.

Captain- Ice thickness is very good all over the lake. Glow jigs w/ waxies or plastic if they're biting good and small spoons have been taking fish (crappie, gills, whitebass, walleye) for me. Don't give up after your first spot, keep movin!!!!

The key phrase for the chain.Like I've said before about the chain, fish are there just go after them.If you sit and wait you go home with just bait.

So i got out today instead of yesterday. Arrived around 7:30 and stayed till 12. Moved from 5 foot to about 15 foot. It looked as though the fish were holding deeper but we couldn't get any bites. Its frustrating when there are fish all around ur lure and none seem to be interested in it... Oh well they will be there for next time.
