CARPSLAYER Looks like it was another good time out there! Sorry I couldn't make it but we had the AFSP walk for suicide prevention. We raised close to 5,000.00 in our group. As a whole they raised 30,000.00 It was worth the time to go. Well maybe next year I won't have so much going on. Until next time good shootin!

Ejoe Well, we are all done for this year at H&F days! Perfect weather today, the wind cooled us down on the range nicely during the afternoon heat. 8 more members came out today to run the range and help alot of kids as well as the adults have a fun day. We were all talking and everyone commented on how the smiles made the hard work out there all worth it. Today, Mr & Mrs Evans came out (the good folks who brought us our good buddy Troy ) Derek, Tony I , Duane, Wayne, Zoie, Evan and the carpkillin Jon and mrs ejoe were on the range. Again I thank everyone for running this event for the club. Cant tell you how great it is to see so many great people in this club come out and help people have fun and learn about bowfishing. 18 total members for one weekend Here are a few pics of the day.....Ill put up more tomorrow

Mr & Mrs Evans!

Derek with his favorite bow of the day!

Evan and a young shooter. Evan liked the butterfly so much he ran over and got one for himself after this pic was taken!

Tony on the range.....

Wayne on the range!

The world famous carpkillin Jon!

The wonderful mrs ejoe pulling in the line.....

Duane instructering.....

AND we had so much help out there this weekend we were able to do some of the fun things at the canoeing! Been years since Ive been on one....had a great time.

FishinMatt I walked by your setup today and was real impressed by the amount of participants and members helping out. Wanted to say hi but both times I came by you guys were getting slammed. I remember a few years ago Ejoe when it was just you on the side pond and I relieved you for a bathroom break :P The club sure has grown and come a long ways since then. Congrats

ShadowWalker I don't see my beautiful face Ed. I thought we agreed that pictures of me would grow the sport and our club membership.

09 H&F Days Pics! (Lots of pics....takes a bit to load)

Had another great time out at the N. Illinois National Hunting & Fishing Days range at Yorkville. I want to send a personal thank you out to all the members who came out and showed many many people the art of bowfishing foam footballs. Cory, Travis, Ed H., Liz & Frank K., Mike B., Frankie, Mark K., and Mrs ejoe operated the range today. It says quite a bit for our club membership to have 10 people show up on a single day to help with a club event. It makes me extremely proud to be a part of the BAI Again , thanks everyone

Here are a few pics from the range today......

Mark K and Frankie at their first BAI event!

Frank Liz and Ed H on the range.....

Travis and Cory get the bows ready...

Frank helping a young shooter aim....

Mark & a new bowfisherman....

Frankie and a new shooter...

Liz showing a young shooter where to aim....

Mike is as good as they get when it comes to helping the real young shooters...

Didnt get to relax much as the lines were pretty long all day....

AND LOOK at what the shocking boat pulled out of the Fox River next to the park....this guy has to go 30+ easy....

Another fun day coming up tomorrow!
