alive41 Wanted to take a group out to rock creek on Thursday 8.14
I have worms and leeches left over from a few weeks ago.

Might be there from about 6am-11am.

What's hitting out there on the Creek lately? Any recommendations on bait?
Is it worth it to rent boats and fish the kankakee instead?

macdaddymague Super super low. Was out from 6am-10am. Had about 8 strikes, lost 1 nice one. My son caught a small blue gill on his fly rod.

Rock Creek?

We are looking at going there or Lake Michigan tomorrow. We are not sure yet. Really depends on what the wind is gonna be doing.

How is the creek doing? High or low? If its high, its to hard to fish honestly for us anyway. 10 and 6 year olds.

Any info would be awesome. Just don't want to drive 60 miles and the river is super high again.

thanks guys.
