A French Deer...

A Wood Duck (actually in a tree)...not perfectly in focus...tough to get close.

The following birds are from the Montrose Bird Sanctuary. I've been doing a lot of birds lately, mostly because of the migration of some that I never knew we had here.

Anybody know what this is?

Some type of Warbler?

Yellow Bellied Sapsucker...

Yellow Rumped Warbler...

And a few from the local woods...

Red Bellied Woodpecker...

American Goldfinch...

Common Grackle...

Tree Swallow...

And some larger birds...

Mute Swan Portrait...

Osprey (pretty heavily cropped)...

Turkey Vulture In Flight...

Lesser Scaup...

American Coot... (in Montrose Harbor)

And, finally a female mallard portrait...

Thanks for looking! Comments & critiques welcome!

Thanks! That one was flying around over the woods in the vicinity of Central & just north of Vollmer. They are probably the ugliest bird I have seen!
