I went to Ferson creek at the mouth, and all around that park, with a jig and minnow, while I had a large roach under a bobber, then i switched to a spinnerbait, nothing went for me, no life, I was wondering what I did wrong? haha I went at about 4:30 til about 5:45-6:00, then I moved up river to S. Elgin, just as dusk kicked on my first cast a chartruese 1/16 tiped with a minnow into the eddy on the west side of the river I caught my very first Fox River Walleye it went about 16 in.!!!! I was so happy that I finally accomplished this. I took a picture( or 2) then released her back to her home. Then nothing else but it was sure worth it to catch her! Back at school though, now (grrr. finals) but soon will be Spring Break then back to the water, for the rest of that walleyes family!!! good luck fishing y'all

I was at S. Elgin from about 6-7 (well into dark), it was worth it. A lot of people have asked about putting pictures up, just another curious person who like to include pictures with posts!
