Was able to get back out after work looking for more crappie. Was a little suprised to find two other anglers working the same area. They had caught and bucketed some nice size crappie, but while I was there the action seemed a little slow. I only managed a couple bluegill 'til they left then caught a couple of crappie. Not to be preachy and with full reallization that a lot of people fish the same spots and rightfully so, but please consider releasing natural gamefish like the crappie, northern and bass (regulation on bass)that you catch. Keep in mind that these fish are not supplemented by stocking and that releasing larger fish keeps the population growing and healthy. I'm not trying to say don't keep any just please consider being selective and releasing to ensure that years to come these fish will provide enjoyment for many.

Right on target with that fact my friend!
Let's allow the game fishing that I have not seen here on the Chicago lake front for the past 25+ years disappear. :)16
Be a true sportsman and take from the prosperous types of fish (perch, salmon, trout)that are here and allow the rebounding types to get established for God's sake. :)27
