Arrived at 31st st just after 7am. not a single person working the pier. Spent a couple of hours tossing around a lil cleo & rattle trap. Nada. The old skunk had it's way with me.

Wasn't satisfied, so I headed north to Diversey Harbor. Worked the swim bait w/ my pal. Only good for a couple dink LM's.

Water was pretty ruff out on 31st.
