Yes the lipripper finally figured out how to get on.Some how my password changed. Been to 95st getting some fish but went today 18th. nothing ,water is like choclate milk. Need some W or anything but this East.On the old board some one had a hookup to buying all states lic. on line ,can they repost it?? Or how do you get to archives? RIP SOME LIPS!!!

The hunting.net website has links to all the state's dnr web pages. Thats how I got my license. Just go to hunting.net, click the links button, then click the dnr link.
