Sure was a miserably cold day........but well worth in IMHO.
I caught many Bluegills and only had one Bass.
Earlier in the day had three Carp on ( guessing 5 to 7 pounds ).......lost all due to old line.
Switched to new 6 pound test.......landed a 27" 10lb Carp.........awesome fight!

I agree, I was at a local pond with 2 buddys on Sat. morning. Between the three of us we pulled out 14 bass (biggest being about 14 inches) and 10 bluegill. No real size, but still fun to catch.
