Was out from 5-7:30 throwing everything in the bag out by the rocks on the east side of the harbor. Nothing. Saw a guy on the south side of the harbor catch a few small things (probably rock bass) jigging something right on the bottom off the wall. I hadn't fished up there yet, looks good for smallmouth with all of the big rocks, but not even a nibble.
