Boy I sure hope not, that made it a real pain in the postierior to drive back and forth to work (I have to drive through downtown St. Charles).

This morning showed plenty of flooded grass along the river going down 31 in Elgin and St. Charles and the creek down by Boy Scout island is looking really high too. Might not be a bad oppertunity to throw for crappie if you're safe and stay away from the water.
