Marquette Park Bank Anglers fished there today from 09:15 - 13:15. And as expected, it was gills, gills and more gills. Four "bonus" carp were caught, one being a respectable 15.1 pounds. Another angler had 19.2 pounds of gills and green sunfish. Gills were relatively close to shore, some being within 5' of the shoreline. Some of the carp were caught in deeper water, some within 30' of the shoreline. On a better weather day, who knows how many more pounds of fish would have been caught!

Sure was a fun day. Speed fishing at its best. I am still amazed by the number of gills.
