can someone please tell me where there is a how water discharge on the fox around st.charles, geneva, or elgin. i am dying to get out during spring break and i an looking for some action. i figure that that is my best bet to catch something this time of year. any tips on fishing these areas? i appreciate any info. thanks. cpr
