Was there yesterday, didn't see any smallies in the creek yet, but people said they were catching a few on the river. Carp were jumping like crazy at the creek mouth.

Fly fished and waded rock creek today (4/3) from 7:30am -10:30am, creek mouth to 102 bridge. No bites but I had it all to myself.... Zen.

I gotta go outta town all next week for work, but when i get back i would really like to fish the river with you. hopefully water level will be down by then. can i use mike's waders if he leaves them at your place? plus we gotta hit stateline, and countryside, and independence grove, and monee............
