There are many factors in where the fish may be, one of them now is surface temperature. Cohos and Steelhead prefer 50 ish surface Temp. This last West wind blew the warm water away from the shore and created an "Upwhelling" that brought cold water back along the bottom as the warm water blew away with the West winds. The Harbor water went down 4 feet and back up 5 feet! 90 feet of water to 114 has been best. Spring suface boards are great! [ame]https://youtu.be/96Dt8AIy1QcThey[/ame] are eating bugs!!
