Fish from 7am-12 noon by boat.Water 55 by launch.82 on hot side northeast corner.Oustside temp was 32 morning - 40 when we left with light rain/snow. winds were about 10 mph.Fished hot side for bass and caught about 15,half largemouth and half smallmouth.Mostly small bass 10-12 inch with a few aroung 15. Used shallow to med shad colored crankbaits on the rocks.Fish were tight to shore. We tried for some hybrids with no luck,used chicken livers,rattletraps and blade baits. It was nice to get out.Has anyone had any luck with the hybrids.

WENT FISHING THERE(LASALLE) 3/20 AND THE ONLY TWO FISH I GOT WERE HYBRIDS. ONE ABOUT 4LBS. THE OTHER 5+ LBS. GOT THEM BOTH BETWEEN THE 105 AND 115 MARKERS ON A NO.4 SILVER VIBRAX IN-LINE SPINNER. FUNNY THING WAS IT WAS WINDY, OVERCAST AND COLD AND SILVER WAS MY LAST CHOICE. FIRE TIGER, CHART. AND GOLD DID NODDA.FISHED FROM SHORE FROM 700 AM AND LEFT AT 1130AM. WAS GLAD JUST TO GET OUT.
