Went out to a local pond on Wednesday and managed to catch 2 carp, a few bluegill, 2 dink lm bass, 1 walleye. The water was kind kind of high and stirred up (coffee color). I caught a majority of my fish on slip bobber and crawler. I had a tube jig (<font color="#00FF00">chartreuse with black head</font>) with lg fathead sitting on the bottom of the pond, this part of the pond leads into a channel that leads into another pond. Early in the season the walleye move up into the channel and I caught this one still on the outskirts of the channel, still some time to slay them! The walleye was approx. 12-14". Approx. a month ago I went out to same spot and didn't even get a hit. Things are heating up.....
