What are the rules for the tournament? Sounds pretty cool.

There are 20 rules they hand out when you sign up pretty stanard.
one or two man boat, no live bait, You have to obey state rules, although minimum qualifying fish is 30" score by length to the 1/2". Don't be drunk, respect other fishermen ( or fisherwomen). Judges will come to the boat to verify fish so they can be released immediately.
To summerize:
Don't cheat
Respect others
Have fun
catch fish
