Walleye are hitting pretty good on the west side at Oregon dam. They are kind of lethargic, so bottom fishing is working well. And the bite is solid.
Water temp is 36 degrees.
Carp are abundant, and easily snagged!

The river has come up a couple of feet since I posted earlier. You can still fish from the shoreline easy enough, and a few boats have gotten out.
I heard the catfish are moving about, and someone caught a nice 'blue' at Sandsucker park.
I think spring is here!

Fished thurs. west side , water is really high and muddy. Caught a couple of little cats, saw one guy with a nice bass, commercial fisherman had a boat load of carp earlier in the week. Should be better in a couple of weeks
