Got out and trolled from about 7:00 am to 1:00pm. Two fish caught; a coho about 3 lbs on a firetiger little cleo behind a dipsey and a brown trout about 7 lbs. on a watermelon spoon on the rigger about 20 down over 25 ft. Ran the usual assortment of flies/dodgers, shad raps, jointed raps, etc. Slowwwwwww day out there. Didn't hear of anyone doing any good. Wind last night may have pushed them out. Water temp was around 49 degrees.

At least you got out. I hope to hit the chain Thur. Seems all the water is a tad on the cold side yet. A few more degrees, and things should start poping. How do you like the new locator, now that you have used it in real time.

We were out just about the same times, got 4 coho & one brown. Orange 00 dodger / blue/grn peanut fly did the best J11, old flatfish & small silver Michigan stinger clean also produced. All fish came from hole in the wall out to the 3rd light. Slower trolling(into the wind) under 2mph seemed to be the ticket today.
