Anyone have any reports for Sedgewick Lake in Orland

I usually just fish for Carp there. It has plenty of small stripers? but I have seen bigger ones jumping near shore. Most of the Crappies and Gills run about 3''.

thanks. also someone told me there is a deep spot in that lake. does anyone know if that is true and if so, where this deep spot is located.

It's true!, I graphed it 2 years ago from a canoe, it's off the east shoreline about 25 yds. in the area out in front of that big culvert. it's not all that deep, about 11-12 ft. The lake was built on an old humus bog so the bottom is soft & mucky, a perfect Carp pond, I see they've even stocked Walleye! LOL! I guess them folks that run the Orland Park Dist. have more <font color="#00FF00">$$$</font> than brains!
