:)18 Finally got away from the computer and out to the Fox River this morning. Using a lively extra large fathead minnow on a 1/8-ounce Mo Jo rig, I hooked into a 18 3/4-inch smallie on my first drag through a large eddy in St. Charles. Nice start! Fished for 3 1/2 hours. Wound up catching seven more smallies, but nothing over 14 inches after the first one. Water temp was in mid-50's. Water is still cloudy but based on looking at the waterline a bridge abutement, it has fallen about two inches from the previous day. Let's hope we get some more rain tonight.
