Lots of folks out Sat. Most getting one or two fish a pull. The guys on the west side of the harbor entrance had about 50 total. Very crowded due to constuction work limiting space available to fish.
Smelt at Montrose?
I read a short thread earlier in the week implying that the smelt were doing okay. I was on my way down from the 'burbs to try my luck, but was so disgusted with the traffic I bailed. Does anyone know how people did out there on saturdy night? What, if anything did I miss? Was the Smelling Butt Pirate out there? Philpino Freddy?
