While out fishing yesterday I ran into a snake that I didn't recognize. The was all brown with what looked like a yellow underbelly. Since I am not a fan of snakes I didn't reach down and grab him to get better details. Anybody know what kind this could be? Are there any poisonous snakes in the area? Thanks for the info! On a sad note I didn't catch anything. Only had one bite.

YES, I AGREE WITH RAZZO--YOU COULD HAVE BEEN LIKE STEVE IRWIN AND CAUGHT HIM AND JUST WHEN HE WAS GOING INTO HIS DEATH ROLL, ACT LIKE YOU ALMOST DROWND, THEN TAKE TERRY BACK INTO THE WOODS AND SHOW HER YOUR WATER SNAKE AND SIT DOWN FOR SOME POST-TRAUMATIC BUMP AND GRIND...SHAGADELIC BABY!...YAAAAAAAAA!

SORRY...COULD'NT RESIST.
