I am about to finish my first rod and am quite pleased with the way it turned out. The only problem was I ordered it from Mudhole in December and didn't recieve all the pieces for two months.What are your experiences with catalog suppliers? Any recomendations or suggestions?

Netcraft, Anglers Work Shop, are the catalogs
that I use the most. Cabelas tackle craft is next. Good Luck.

6 I have built 15 different rod's from $300 rods to $60 rods. And for the money Cablea's complete rod building kits are the BEST bargin out there. Blanks are great, other components are Fuji. All you need to order extra are hook keeper's Cablea's don't give them in the kit's

I myself havn't built rods but have watched my father for years and I do know that he will also swear by Netcraft and Cabelas
