I'll take cutco for $100 alex....

Best fillet knives I ever seen?

In somebody else's hand?

My old cleaning lady or any ******* can fillet with a broken
PBR bottle better than me.
Must be one of Dem's Special no name knives for cutting Dem no name steaks.

I have a Cutco and it's a great knife. Slip resistant handle, adjustable length blade, flexible, and sharp. However, I think the best filet knife for the money is the old/new Rapala.
$115.00 ??? I'll take 10 of these.
At Cabella's as of today.
Rapala Signature Series Fillet Knives
Bargain Cave

Was up in Sheboygan Wi. (3yrs. ago), charter fishing & the Cap. was using a rather unusual knife. Adjustable blade & started telling me the story of his 27yrs., of being a fishing fanatic & this here knife was his best investment ever for all the fish he fillets on a daily basis.
Well last year I bought one & do agree that its a pleasure to work with, just plain & simple a "C U T C O ." :)2
A bit pricey but the warranty/guarantee is solid, & a few friends have switched over & bought also.
Hey, my Rapala served me well for many, many, years, but I wanted something better.
On the serious side, I use an Imperial Schrade fillet knife at home and a rubber handeled Rapala when I travel. This Rapala floats and has a gut scrape on the handle and works well. The Schrade is the best filet knife I've ever owned. Actually I've never purchased a fillet knife, I keep getting them as gifts every few years. I loose things.
