Any experts that can help with a recorder that copies VHS tapes to DVD? Make and model recommendations. Looking to convert a mountain of home movies before they deteriate too far.

Do you have a digital camcorder? You could try VHS->Digital Camcorder->firewire/DVD burning software. If you don't have any of that stuff, not sure what to tell yah. I'm sure there are converters on the market. My old camcorder has no firewire slot so I never tried a direct conversion that way.
