When talking about that number it's always good to use it as a "how many have registered" figure.
Obviously with spammers not all are participants.
We delete a lot of them but don't get all of them.

I always wonder about this one everytime I come on:
Most users ever online was 338 on 08:45am - Dec 30,04
What the heck was going on then??? :-D

I've always wondered about that 338 number too...

I mean, I think for the most part during the day, there will be anywhere from 5-30 members online (not unregistered guests...).



but 338?! Insane. Maybe **** Thill was on that morning and everyone wanted to PM him or talk to him in chat

Most forums systems have a wierd number for most users online.
Just another thing spammers like to do.
No real harm other than nobody's number for that really means anything.
We should just take it off.

Unregistered users (guests) are still IP#'s logged on to the site at any given moment.
Some people that are registered don't have the system log them in each time.
They could be reading this, aren't registered but are still on CLF.
