Hi

I was wondrering where slow moving water is. I went to the store today and got a jig thats blue colored, coukd anybody give me suggestions on catching a smallmouth bass with one.

Look for water that is not moving as fast as the rest of the water.

Below the Aurora dam and below the bridge on the east side of the river there shold be an eddy, at least there was last year (I haven't been there this year). Try the slow water there. Put a minnow on your blue jig.
