I am not sure what the water levels are. If you can wade you might want to spend some time fishing behind the rock line. About 10' downstream of the dam there is what I call the "rock line dam" that parallels the cement dam. <font color="#FFFF00">Stay away from the cement dam - it is a killer.</font>

Try a 1/16oz jig with a 3" twister tail. If it were me, I'd start with a pearl twister tail. Seems to be a good color at this point.
